Margins: anterior superior blue; anterior inferior green; posterior black. Gross size: 3 centimeters ML by 2 centimeters SI by 1 centimeter AP. Gross margins: 1 centimeter from the anterior margin and 1 centimeter from the posterior margin. Cassette 1A: nipple, slide 15. Cassette 1B: skin, slide 16. Lesions and tumor beds
Add the microscopic invasive tumor, DCIS, tumor bed, biopsy cavity, or another focus. Microscopic lesions are shown on the map by default.
Clips and localization devices
Map biopsy clips, SAVI SCOUT, SmartClip, seeds, and wires.
Histology block map
Connect each cassette to its gross slice and findings. Width, height, translucency, and margin contact can be changed independently for every cassette.

Record sentinel or nonsentinel status, node count and size, positive nodes, metastasis size, extranodal extension, treatment effect, cassettes, and findings.

This prototype produces an estimated spatial reconstruction and draft text from entered or AI-extracted measurements. Every imported value and generated report must be reviewed by a pathologist. It is not a validated diagnostic, staging, or clinical measurement system.
